If your service provider uses Jobber, you'll use the Client Hub to view and pay invoices, quotes, and see appointments.
Access is via a secure link sent through email or text—no password required. If that link is older than 14 days, you may be asked to re-enter your email or phone to log in. Client Hub presents navigation via a sidebar or direct links from your messages.
“Contact Us” gives your provider’s hours and info.
To download quotes, invoices, or receipts, click “Download PDF” (or “View” → “Download PDF” for receipts). Use printer dialogue to save or print as preferred.
Example: Click “Download PDF” in the top right of your quote or invoice.
Click “View Quote” in your email or text to open it in Client Hub. From there you can:
If a deposit is required, enter your details and click “Approve & Pay.” If not, just “Approve."

Choose to save your card when paying a deposit, or go to Wallet in the sidebar to manage methods. You can add, remove, and select a default card for future payments.
The Appointments tab shows your next five upcoming visits (within 60 days) plus your last five past ones. Clicking each reveals which technician is coming.

Invoices appear under Invoices or via links in your notifications. You can pay online via card or bank. If available, you can add a tip before payment.
Use the New Request tab to ask for new work. Just submit the form and the provider receives the request.

If you can’t find a quote or invoice, check your spam/junk folder. Ensure emails from [email protected]

are whitelisted.
